WHAT UNUSUAL INSTRUMENTS OR TECHNIQUES DID YOU USE ON THIS ALBUM? I don’t play any instruments at the moment. I used to play trumpet in high school, but want to try to learn guitar. I don’t try to write songs, I try to write and tell stories to which people can relate. In the studio, we try to capture the feeling of the song.

WHO IS SITTING IN YOUR AUDIENCE? I have people from five to over 60 years-old saying they are my biggest fan, so my fans are not microwave music lovers, but people who love full coarse meal music, and love music that’s timeless and to which they can relate.
WHAT MAKES YOUR FANS UNIQUE? Everything above.
WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE PLACES TO PLAY? More intimate settings, small clubs and coffee houses but equally content to perform in front of a large venue.
WHAT HAS BEEN YOUR MOST MEMORABLE ACHIEVEMENT TO DATE? It was when I received a video from a five year-old little girl singing every lyric to “Breaking Down,” one of the songs off my album. It’s her favorite, her dad said, and he sent a picture of her sleeping with the autographed picture I gave her. I cried like a baby and asked “What does a five year-old know about breaking down?” She just loved the song!
WHAT’S IN THE WORKS FOR 2010? To take my music to as many as will listen, starting with a weekend warrior tour.
FINISH THIS SENTENCE: THE MUSIC INDUSTRY IS… Not what it used to be, but I’ve learned to adapt to this constantly changing industry. Bring the music back to the people who want to hear it is my goal.
WHAT IS YOUR DEFINITION OF SUCCESS? To be happy and owe no one but God for it.
