In 1989, Jeffery Bischoff, one of the founding members of the rock and roll band Tilt, went from opening shows in Oakland, California for Green Day and Rancid to opening Cinder Block ­ a full service merchandising and licensing company supported by vertically integrated in-house operations, unparalleled customer service and unprecedented quality control. Cinder Block has not only achieved the status as a leader in the screen-printing industry, but has also successfully built a strong multi-faceted infrastructure including Artist Relations, Design and Production, Licensing, Retail Development, eCommerce and Merchandising. This infrastructure allows Cinder Block to cross all business segments and continue to develop a varied roster of client brands both in and out of the music industry.
