Alex Springer – Executive Director of Music Rights, Licensing and the Music Library, ABC Television

Alex Springer has been at ABC Television for 9 years and is currently the Executive Director of Music Rights, Licensing and the Music Library. She oversees Music Licensing for ABC produced programming in Entertainment, Daytime, News, Sports and Promos as well as working with the various production units to come up with creative solutions to their music needs. Prior to that Alex handled footage and photo licensing for ABC News. Before coming to ABC Alex worked in the Business Affairs department at Sony Music where she licensed music for Sony’s long-form videos and in house television production company, Automatic Productions.
