Blink 182
Mark Hoppus is a founding member of the chart-topping Pop Punk band Blink 182, best known for its 1999 album Enema of the State. Produced by Jerry Finn, Enema… propelled the band into the mainstream, generating the hit singles “What’s My Age Again?,” “All the Small Things” and “Adam’s Song,” and an incredible amount of airtime on radio and MTV. Enema of the State went on to sell over 15 million copies worldwide making it the band’s best selling album. During Blink’s downtime in 2005, Hoppus launched a podcast- “HiMyNameIsMark”- and was awarded Best Podcast of the year. In 2006, Hoppus co-founded Alternative band +44, for which he also plays bass and provides vocals. In addition, he’s seen success as a producer and has worked on albums for Motion City Soundtrack, New Found Glory, the Matches and Idiot Pilot. Hoppus is currently working on new Blink 182 material.
