Sara Beesley

Sara Beesley is the Programming Manager at Joe’s Pub at The Public Theater in NYC where she assists in booking over 800 shows a year in the beautiful 180-capacity music venue. Joe’s Pub debuted in October 1998 and is one of New York City’s most celebrated and in-demand showcase venues for live music and performance. With its genre-blind booking and vast diversity of interests, Joe’s Pub gives voice to a world of varied and stellar artists including internationally known stars and up-and-coming musicians.

Sara also helps produce globalFEST, the most influential world music showcase festival in North America, now it its 9th year. She graduated from Manhattanville College with a degree in Music Business in 2007 and has been working at Joe’s Pub, living in Brooklyn and finding new things to wrap in bacon ever since.
